Abstract
The article is devoted to the relevance of the problem of employment. The problem of employment is quite relevant in our country because in present time there are changes in all aspects of society – political, economic, social, and spiritual. Especially strongly these changes affected employment, formation of labour market and employment system. Whereas employment relationships are the most important direction of socio-economic life and an influence in turn on all spheres of life.
