Abstract
Each new enterprise entering the market in times of crisis faces, firstly, with competitors, and secondly, the low purchasing power. To have a competitive advantage, a young company has to use a variety of innovations in its activities, e.g. ICT, which help to facilitate the processing, analysis, usage & transmission of information, also they to perform other important useful functions.
