Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the content and peculiarities of "customer-oriented" within the modern day, which realizes itself in the conditions of service economy. "Client-oriented approach" is considered on the examples of actual experience of the leading corporations of the world. "Client-oriented", like all phenomena, and the processes of human life requires a considerate attitude and reflect the imperatives of modern society. The main driving force behind the business processes of a post-industrial society is the "Consumer", thus "Client-Orientation" is a vital element, forming a competitive advantage for an effectively developing enterprise.
