Abstract
This article presents an analysis of the factors have a direct impact on the market both primary and secondary real estate in Moscow and Moscow region. Conducted a comprehensive assessment of the economic, social, legal, ecological and technological factors of the external environment of temporary, standard and dynamic settings. The conducted study allowed to give a comprehensive assessment of the current situation of the real estate market.
