Abstract
This article is devoted to considering the problems of implementation of the innovation strategy of enterprises of the ICT sector in the conditions of realization the strategy of reindustrialization In the work of the formation of the national innovation system (NIS), which will provide the necessary conditions for stable economic development. Explains the importance of modernization of the system of production through the development of new product and technological process.
