Abstract
The article substantiates the relevance of technological and managerial innovations in the sphere of educational services in order to improve the quality of training of specialist for industrial markets. It is proved that the competitiveness of enterprises at the markets largely depends on the quality of their human resources. Human resources potential is forming on the basis of specialists coming to the company after graduation and system of professional training.
