Abstract
In this article the financial institution as Rating agency is considered. Where in a laconic form the essence of their activities is provided. The estimative research concerning their influence, both on separate subjects, and on the state in general is conducted. Involvement degree, also results of activities of representatives of this contingent is revealed. The factors causing need of availability of a similar authoritative institution in Russia are designated.
