Abstract
The article focuses on the government cash management instruments on the Treasury single account in the other countries and analyzes the current situation in the Russian government management. The international practice demonstrates the wide range of the government cash management instruments and its combination. Therefore Treasury of Russia uses this practice and designs the new model of the government cash management.
