Abstract
This article deals with the definition of the term "human capital", revealing the main stages of the research development of human capital, the study of the influence of human capital on the economic development of the territories. Particular attention is given to the study of domestic practices and regional significance evaluation of the impact of human capital on economic growth of territories.
