Abstract
In the conditions of modernization of Russian system of education has become an urgent problem quickly solve problems related to improving the image of educational institutions, participation in grant competitions, development programs and development strategies of the educational organization, etc. In these circumstances, the decision of tasks only with the help of administrative structures is almost impossible, so it is necessary to create a successful team of like-minded people. The analysis of practices and theoretical assumptions allowed us to identify the factors of creating a successful team in an educational institution.
