Abstract
Realizing that for several years will see the release of more than half of municipal employees, replacing senior positions, there is a strong need to apply effective measures for training, retraining and advanced training of personnel. We occupation model municipal employee has been developed. It presents the qualities that an applicant should have at substitutable dolzhnost.My believe that you need to create a permanent institution for further professional training of state and municipal sluzhaschih.Takim way, at the moment the effectiveness of retraining and training of state and municipal employees is in question. Therefore, it is reasonable to establish appropriate scientific and methodological support, to develop vocational qualification models and criteria for evaluation of state and municipal employees of all profiles.
