Abstract
This article is devoted to the topic of personal and professional development of staff in the civil service. In the framework of the given topic covers different ways of organizing activities aimed at the development of staff, noted their strengths and weaknesses. This problem in modern conditions is of particular importance, especially given the specificity of public service.
