Abstract
The article observes the use of foreign models of organization management in Russia, the characteristic features of the Russian model of management, particularly the organizational culture and models of employee motivation. The article analyses features, capabilities, and impact of organization models adaptation in Russian conditions, considering the cultural matrix of labor relations: ethno-social features of mentality, distancing from the authority and inclination to loyalty in return for the guarantees.
