Abstract
This article reveals the essence of action ABC- XYZ - analysis of the range of goods in the company, engaged in trade. Formulated conclusions on the actions of the leadership for the stocks in the warehouse. This analysis can be used in organizations that are engaged in the sale of goods , and to teach students the elements of the analysis of the product range.
