Abstract
This article is devoted to the assessment of social and labor relations in the enterprise. Expert poll showed that most executives consider it necessary existence of the state of the company of a man who would be engaged in the regulation of social and labor relations. Low motivation and nervousness professionally important qualities of a particular profession lead to professional destruction - changes in the structure formed by activity and personality, the negative impact on human health and productivity of its work.
