Abstract
This article is about the increasing of the effectiveness of decision-making in IT-projects portfolio management. It aims to illuminate the actuality of searching new methods of projects portfolio management. Decision-making process modeling systems based on math algorithms of decision-making theory and decision analysis can be useful addition or even alternative to traditional systems.
