Abstract
This article discusses and analyzes the main provisions of the modernization processes of investment and construction activities. The article shows the efficiency of the construction organization and the benefits of creating a construction holding company. The article also presents the dependence of the organizational structure of the holding from the number of ongoing investment projects,raskraste management holdings.
