Abstract
In the article the essence of conflicts, methods of their decision reveals. The duality of the nature of the conflict is underlined, its ability not only to worsen labor process, but also to stimulate growth of its efficiency. necessity of reception by the manager of the extensive knowledge base and experience in corresponding area for the decision of conflicts between subordinates are designated.
