AbstractThe article describes the development of incentive systems of certain posts the food industry. The concepts of stimulus, stimulation, motive and motivation and the main wage system in the food industry are also considered. The basic steps for developing a new system of motivation for the post are explained. The analysis of data for the development of a new system of motivation for the position was done. The process of changing the system of motivation in the company is analyzed. The results of the development of a new system of motivation and results of its approbation are presented. The results of old and new systems of motivation were analyzed, their positive and negative sides were revealed. The perspective of the new system of motivation, definition of negative factors accompanying the process of introducing a new system of motivation were revealed and recommendations to eliminate the negative effects were offered.
