Abstract
Milling industry plays an important role in the processing industry of the Republic of Crimea. However, to date, the enterprise of the industry are experiencing difficulties related to the lack of working capital funds. Government support in the form of a loan with 0% rate would help the work load plants, the results of which, increase the competitiveness.
