Abstract
In the article analytical analysis of methods of project-management existing in an economic science is spent. Functions of project-management, their importance in the general success of the given kind of activity are described and estimated. During the analysis of methods of project-management the conclusion about the superiority of a method of division of works in a question of increase of efficiency of the project is formed.
