Abstract
The aim of this work is the analysis of features of management in modern russian companies.In the theoretical part you can see the main conceptions of formation of russian management and its specifics. In the practical part you can find the study of characteristics of management of 3 companies: "RZD", "Alfa-bank", "NCCP".
