SPECIFICS OF MOTIVATION SYSTEM IN JAPAN AND POSSIBILITY OF ITS APPLICATION IN RUSSIA

Abstract
This article is devoted to the specifics of motivation system in Japan. Theoretical review of main motivation conceptions and examples of realization in practice are given. This article is devoted to analyzing central failures of motivation system in Russia. Moreover, a possibility of application of japan motivation system in russian companies is explored. The conclusions are drawn from the inerview and the results of questionnaire.
