Abstract
Work is devoted to the use of the concepts of organizational change and organizational development in the practice of management. The paper discusses the main models of organizational changes in order to identify their strengths and weaknesses. Shows the comparative analysis of Western and domestic approach to the concept of organizational development. In conclusion, the prospects of using the concepts defined in domestic companies.
