Abstract
Article is devoted to search of methodical approaches to an assessment of the efficiency, made decisions at the level of supranational bodies of the CIS. In it existing methods of the assessment, made decisions are opened, and the directions of development of a technique of an assessment of productivity and their efficiency in comparison with the international experience are reflected.
