Abstract
This article provides an overview of the market of private pension provision, the main prospects for its development, as well as corporatization of private pension funds. In the context of mistrust of many citizens to non-state pension funds, tightening reforms carried out by the state, and increased competition in this market segment research becomes extremely important.
