Abstract
The article deals with the problem of improving social and labour relations in the region, primarily in the area of interaction of business and authorities, implemented through various forms of public-private partnership. The article identified the priority forms of public-private partnerships, the use of which in joint programms in the areas of core components-drivers human capital will increase the efficiency of social and labour relations in the region.
