THE ANALYSIS OF THE CONCERN «DEUTSCHE POST DHL» BASED ON THE 7S MODEL

Abstract
The article focuses on the experience of German concern “Deutsche Post DHL” in order to determine its practical value for improving Russian post service. The basic analytical model which was used is “7S” Framework. The author mainly used qualitative research methods.
