TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS OF EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION IN RUSSIA

Abstract
The paper contemplates the complex research trends in the development process of motivation in modern Russian companies. Based on quantitative analysis method identified key factors that contribute to effective employee motivation, which should be addressed for future development of the organization.
