TRENDS IN RUSSIAN MANAGEMENT: COMPARISON OF INDUSTRIAL AND POST-INDUSTRIAL ERAS

Abstract
The paper is devoted to the organizational changes in Russian companies and enterprises during 20th and 21st centuries. The first part of the paper contemplates the Soviet management system and the modern concept – Management by Values. The second part reviews results of the researches carried out in different periods of time. Recommendations for business leadership development are given.
