Abstract
Current research study is devoted to the complex analysis of Niccollo Machiavelli's principles, compared with modern management theories and making conclusions about usage of them in the process of organization at the large Russian enterprises. Author identifies theses of Machiavelli's books, offering reader to discover effective instruments of staff management and to examine perspective models of leadership.
