Abstract
In today's world, company can not succeed without effective management, but management as an activity and as a science in general will not appear immediately. The first managers had to overcome difficulties: they learned from their mistakes and risked their states in order to achieve the main goal - effective and efficient management. Managers of the 21st century are more fortunate, they have a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the works of such great scholars and practitioners as managers F. Taylor, A. Fayolle , G. Ford, it is devoted to the study.
