Abstract
This work is devoted to the study of behavioral and situational approaches of leadership based on analysis of management styles of two american intrepreneurs-Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. As a result of analysis, the author concluded that both leaders had as similarities as differences in their methods of leadership. The aim of this work is to create some principles of business management based on successful experience of previous generations.
