Abstract
Leadership is supposed to be a foundational part for successful activity of each working structure. An effective leader is a link between employees and their duties: he lead collaborators to the achievement of maximum results. Accordingly, the activity of whole organizational structure directly depends on the effectiveness of the leader. In addition, on the assumption of special importance of leadership for the company, the series of questions are formed: does the leader equally effective in different situations and organizations? Is there any difference of management styles between men and women leadership? How to find a proper leader for the organization? This paper is aimed to solve such argumentative questions.
