Abstract
The article is devoted to research of the factors of forming the optimal structure of the capital. Based on a critical analysis of approaches to the systematization of the determinants and the study of empirical data, the relationship between capital structure and indicators of efficiency of activity of industrial enterprises in the city of Murom, specifies the key factors and optimal proportions in the ratio of own and borrowed funds.
