Abstract
The article discusses the role of demography in the socio - economic development of the countries of the world . As a result of factor analysis results were broken down into three components: the median age , the total fertility rate K , K total mortality , the proportion of the elderly, the GDP per capita, migration, the ratio of sexes , urban population , total K mortality. , A conclusion that the level of socio- economic development of countries most affected by the total K deaths, the share of the population over 65 years , the flow of migration.
