Abstract
Numerous discussions in the economic and political societies about creation of innovative economy affect the issues of formation effective innovation system. But iterative processes of multilateral interaction between regional innovation systems, which have a significant influence on the formation of stable innovation environment, remain without special attention. Therefore, the discussion of «multicollinearity» of the national and regional innovation systems is devoted to this article.
