Abstract
This article is devoted to the adaptation of the personnel as an important part of personnel management. Most businesses do not pay much attention to that is a big mistake. The official introduction of the new employee to the position is a very important aspect of the theory of adaptation in personnel management. Not for no secret that the first days of work in the company's most important to employees. Therefore, for the avoidance of early stress and errors in the work, as well as reduce the risks of accidents companies need competent and straightforward adaptation program.
