Abstract
This article deals with the problem of pensions of citizens of different countries. The article deals with the pension system of Russia and Norway. During their study revealed the advantages and disadvantages of each system. Based on the study, identifying possible trends in the transition to a funded system and ways to improve the pension system in Russia on the basis of foreign experience.
