Abstract
Indicators of monetary income and expenditure are considered to be the most important char-acteristics of the population lives. The paper presents an econometric model that justifies the linear dependence of income and expenditure per capita by region, Russia for 2015. The study was conduct-ed under the supervision of Professor of Social and Economic Sciences Burtseva T.A.
