The article deals with the problems of organizational culture transformation in most companies due to the abstractness and multidimensionality of the concept of "culture". The lack of attention to the details of the process of cultural formation leads, as a rule, to a decrease in the effectiveness of the organizational culture. Therefore, it is necessary to study all levels of organizational culture that would shift the focus of the discussion of cultural issues from symbols and values to the principles of forming the identity of the company as a means of translating the expectations of customers.
