Abstract
This article focuses on the evaluation of the level of economic security of region on the example of Sverdlovsk region. The conducted research allowed to draw up a methodology of assessing the economic security of the region.
The work assessed the economic security of Sverdlovsk oblast for 2015-2016 identified the level of economic security of the region and the proposed priorities for strengthening it.
