Abstract
The article is devoted to comparative analysis of arrangement of migrants on the ground to the Stolypin agrarian reform and the modern individual housing construction. The article focuses on agrarian reform, its importance in the construction industry.
And this article discusses the current individual housing construction by the example of the city of Krasnoyarsk, highlighted the problem of the construction of "maloetazhki". On the basis of comparison proposed solution to the problems associated with the individual housing construction.
