Abstract
The article analyzes a role and a place of debt collection’s activities within the state monetary policy. It is proposed to supplement the traditional arsenal of the central bank a number of instruments governing the interaction of commercial banks and collection agencies. Identified the improvement’s directions of the monetary regulation of debt relationships.
