Abstract
This article analyzes the use of fixed assets in agriculture, planning and management of material and technical base of production with the use of economic and mathematical modeling. The research made it possible to assess the effectiveness of fixed assets in the region and to develop the economic and mathematical model in terms of the Smolensk region, allowing to optimize the industrial structure of the agricultural sector of the area, taking into account the effective use of fixed assets in the agricultural sector.
