Abstract
The article is devoted to search of ways to improve the success of implementation projects of ERP-systems. The practice of implementation of foreign solutions and solutions on the platform 1C is analyzed. It is shown that the problem of the success of the projects lie in the areas of change management, and almost do not depend on ERP systems. It is proposed to use the approach of Application Lifecycle Management during the ERP implementation.
