Abstract
This article is devoted to topical issues of introduction of HACCP on agricultural enterprises in the Altai Region. The article is dedicated to theoretical aspects of the HACCP system, the estimation of foreign trade activities of the Altai territory, analyzing the problems and developing recommendations of their minimization under the conditions of implementation of the technical regulations of the Customs Union "On safety of food products" .
