Abstract
The article deals with the relationship of globalization and the growth of the relevance of introducing alternative energy sources. Study suggests continued economic growth and the maintenance of conditions for sustainable reproduction is not possible without the systematic and widespread introduction of alternative energy sources in countries competing for the world's political and economic leadership.
