Abstract
The relevance of this article lies in the fact that the development of economic policy is given significant attention to the balance, the quality of economic growth and macroeconomic equilibrium. The article reveals the basic questions of partial equilibrium in the production of pure public goods. Also in this article are the features of the concept of market equilibrium and budgetary equilibrium of supply and demand.
