Abstract
In recent years, the situation on the market of rough and polished diamonds has undergone a variety of changes. This article investigates the development of the global diamond industry. In particular, analyses the state of the diamond industry complex in Russia and ways of its effective integration in the global diamond market, and represents an important scientific and practical problem by defining the relevance of this topic.
